“Foundations of Capability”
The 2-Day Virtual “Foundations of Capability” course provides a detailed overview of the concepts contained in CMMI V3.0 and the new Appraisal Method. The “Foundations of Capability” course may be taken with the “Building Development Excellence” course and the “Building Service Excellence`` course. When taken together these three courses provide a detailed view of the CMMI V3.0 core and domain specific practice areas for the Development and the Services domains and guide you in maximizing your capability maturity model level.

“Build Development Excellence”
Build capability in engineering or developing products and services through this course designed to be taken after the Foundations of Capability course. It focuses on CMMI DOD and business development.

The “Building Development Excellence” course provides a detailed view of the CMMI V2.0 Development domain practice areas. The “Building Development Excellence” course may be taken immediately following the 2-day “Foundations of Capability” course and may be taken with the “Building Service Excellence” course. Together, these three courses provide a detailed view of the CMMI V2.0 model and the core and domain specific practice areas for the Development and the Services domains.

“Build Services Excellence”
Build capability in delivering and managing services through this CMMI training course designed to be taken after the Foundations of Capability course.
